Ethical Trading Policy

Social and ethical responsibility is highly important to our business.

With increasing awareness, this is a significant consideration to you when choosing where to buy goods for your home. Our strict compliance procedures have been developed from our significant experience in working across the UK and overseas to source fantastic products from our suppliers.

In all cases we strive to meet the minimum labour standards outlined by the ETI (Ethical Trading Initiative) Base Code and ensure it is implemented properly. All of our suppliers are required to complete an annual audit.

We work closely with our partner suppliers to reinforce our ethical values and monitor implementation of procedures to meet and continuously improve our ethical requirements.

We fully understand that ethical sourcing is key to the building of a strong retail  and wholesale business.

JustSoHome also has strict policies to ensure compliance to the EU REACH regulations in relation to the sourcing of materials in our products.

Building a Sustainable Future

Just So Home are conscious of the environmental impact its business can have. We therefore actively pursue sustainability. Here are some of the ways we are doing this:

  • Responsibly sourced cotton
  • Recycled polyester
  • Removal of single use plastic from supply chain
  • Recyclable plastics
  • Robust factory accreditation, traceability & audits
  • Sustainable fibres as alternatives to cotton & polyester
  • Ethical factory audits to ensure fair & positive community interaction
